Purpose:  To support Dietetic students and interns from qualifying program schools carry out a portion of their required educational demonstrations. The Missouri Beef Industry Council (MBIC) offers reimbursement for the cost of ingredients needed to conduct the nutrition education presentation using beef. This effort is made possible by Missouri cattle farmers and ranchers, through the $1 per head beef checkoff. This funding is for Missouri Beef Industry Council Fiscal Year 2025 which spans from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025. All payouts must be submitted for reimbursement prior to September 15, 2025.
