This collaborative event with the Illinois Beef Council and MO Wine & Grape Board will highlight summer grilling recipes and fun pairings. Th event will provide a farm-to-table connection, emphasizing the link between beef production and healthy, flavorful meals.

Summer Business Meeting
Twice a year, board members of the Federation of State Beef Councils gather with their counterparts serving on the Cattlemen's Beef Board to review nationally funded projects for their progress and effective use of Beef Checkoff Dollars. Summer Business Meeting is one of those two meetings and serves as a cornerstone for the evaluation of how producer dollars are being used in the areas of Promotion, Education, and Research.

MO Educators of Family & Consumer Sciences - Summer Conference
The MOEFCS Summer Conference hosts over 1,200 secondary and post-secondary administrators, teachers, counselors, state supervisors, government and military representatives, as well as numerous active leaders in career and technical education from across the state of Missouri. MBIC staff will be presenting at the conference about educational resources and information available for educators and how they can utilize it in their own classrooms and work areas.
