If you love good home-cooked meals and family-owned restaurants, we have just the place for you! The Market is located off of Highway 42 in Vienna, and is surprisingly placed inside a cattle sale barn. Whether you need breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they have it all! This restaurant is unique because of where it is placed, and it provides appetizing meals that make everyone want to travel to it.
South Central Regional Stockyards in Vienna has been a family-owned business for quite some time, and is owned by David, Bill and Ross Patton. So, it is no surprise that all of their family members put numerous hours of hard work and effort into keeping their business running smoothly. They strive to provide quality cattle, while establishing good relationships with customers. Recently, Tracy Shiver, daughter of David and Pam Patton, decided to start her own restaurant at the sale barn.
Tracy, having an agricultural background, wanted to keep farming in the theme of the restaurant. Her family spent long hours recreating and remodeling the restaurant to make it the perfect place for livestock buyers and sellers to get a good meal that will help give them the energy they need for their long day of hard work. When decorating the restaurant, they added tin, old gates from their sale barn, and other western items that gave it a pleasant feel to make customers feel more at home.

When ordering food at The Market, you may have a tough time choosing what you want to eat, because there are so many tasty items on the menu! There are many different kinds of hamburgers, so there is something everyone will enjoy! Something unique about this restaurant is that all of the family members help out with the business, as well as other local people. Our favorite part about The Market is that all of the beef that is used is produced by Bill and Ross Patton themselves.
We highly suggest stopping in at The Market, whether you are traveling through, or are coming to the market to buy or sell your own cattle. The Market is open Tuesday-Saturday from 6:00am-8:00pm and Sunday 6:00am-2:00pm. Although this restaurant only opened at the end of January 2017, we see it already growing to be a great success!
