VIRTUAL ROAST AND TOAST SERIES KEEPS BEEF TOP OF MIND WITH FOODIE INFLUENCERS THIS HOLIDAY SEASON

This holiday season we wanted to keep beef top of mind, whether it is centered around entertaining guests and festive appetizers, or beef as a main entrée----beef’s flavor and versatility meets the occasion. 

Our first annual Roast and Toast, a partnership between the Missouri Beef Industry Council and Missouri Wine and Grape Board, created delicious beef and wine pairings, while providing culinary tips and more with influencers across the state.

In the two-part virtual series, guests learned about the Missouri beef and wine industries, the passion and level of care that goes into producing beef and wine, plus culinary application for bloggers to incorporate into their holiday gatherings. 

Participants also learned about beef’s nutritional profile, cooking methods, common holiday cuts and how to utilize Chuck Knows Beef as a resource for all things beef. 

Guests also heard from Chef Alex, National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) and Culinary Center, where he shared hands-on tutorials around roast selection, cooking and serving tips, and how to create a successful roast. 





Guests shared that their confidence level increased and were more likely to serve Prime Rib Roast this holiday season.
