Chipped Beef Roll-Ups
Ingredients- 1 3 oz jar chipped beef
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes*
- Variation: substitute 1 tsp dill weed for parsley
Method- Remove beef from jar and separate into individual pieces.
- In small bowl, stir softened cream sheese, horseradish and parsley together.
- Spread thin layer of cream cheese mixture on each piece of beef.
- Roll up tightly and fasten with toothpicks.
