Chipped Beef Roll-Ups



Ingredients
  • 1 3 oz jar chipped beef
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp dried parsley flakes*
  • Variation: substitute 1 tsp dill weed for parsley
Method
  1. Remove beef from jar and separate into individual pieces.
  2. In small bowl, stir softened cream sheese, horseradish and parsley together.
  3. Spread thin layer of cream cheese mixture on each piece of beef.
  4. Roll up tightly and fasten with toothpicks.
